Rules
for regular contest

• Good Sportsmanship is Mandatory.

• Boys & Girls, Babies and Teens welcome.

• Glitz must be professional pageant style headshots only. Color or B/W are acceptable.

• Natural headshots or full body shots... Studio or Outdoor, Pro or Amatuer. Light touch-ups allowed. Photo's are not judged on quality of photo but facial beauty and photogenic abilities only!

• Entry fees must be paid before photo's will be downloaded.

• Cash Winners paid within 48 hours of announcing winners and T-Shirts allow a 4 month window for delivery. These are not "cheap" shirts and I have to order them in bulks of 12 for the best price. All shirts will be recieved within the year they won! IF YOU CAN SEND A PHOTO OF YOUR CHILD AND THEIR T=Shirt IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

• Contestants posted within 3 days of contest ending.

• Winners Posted 5 days after contestants are posted. Our judges are very busy and we do not want to rush them through your pictures.

• Grand Prize Winners may enter again but must use a different photo
  This does not include our added winners. Vote Winners OR Mini Supreme Cash Winners may enter their photo again as they did not win the grand prize. We award additional titles from time to time when entries allow!!

• 4 Judges each month on Panel ... Judges will be paid for their Services $5 each. They are not online in the photo contest world and they WILL NOT know any of the children entered. They are qualified in some way in entertaiment, photography or modeling. We honor a fair system and we are proud of it!

• Judges will remain anonymous UNLESS they (the judges) request contestants know who they are. Judges will score photo's Facial Beauty/Photogenic Ability. Lowest Score will be dropped.

• Scores are available upon request only and must be made within 72 hours.

• No Refunds for any reason. If you send paypal and do not send photo's this is not my fault. I will try and remind you but I can not be responsible for misdirected or unsent mail.

• Paypal only is accepted for this contest AS SERVICE ONLY. E-Checks that go uncleared will be forwarded to the next months contest. Please make sure if sending an echeck that you enter EARLY! Paypal will only be accepted as a Service Fee.

• Cash Prize & T-Shirt are guaranteed. We will not extend unless absolutely necessary so please do not wait to see if we do. You may be disappointed. Extensions if needed will not last longer than 72 weekday hours. In the event we have less than 12 contestants we will cancel and refund money. We do guarantee our prizes and must have 12 to keep paying out of pocket fees from getting out of hand.

• Referral Program :: If you have 10 Refferals that are new entrants of the Diamond Club PC You may enter Unlimited FREE!

• About your director. I am Kellie Kennerknecht of South Florida. I have been running online contests since August 2000 and I have awarded numerous guaranteed cash prizes. I have never not awarded a guaranteed cash prize and I have awarded 10's of thousands of dollars since beginning in 2000. Rest assured our winners are always paid!
