AGE DIVISIONS:
Girls: 0-18 months, 19 - 35 months 3 yr, 4-5 yr, 6-7 yr,
8-9 yr, 10-12 yr, 13-15yr, 16-19 yr, 20 and up (married
or single).
Boys: 0-2 yr, 3-5 yr, and 6 yr and up
Age divisions will be split if there are enough entries

We will award a state title and 4 runner-ups in each
division. Winners will receive a beautiful crown, deluxe
embroidered sash, a unique trophy, a $200.00 SAVINGS BOND
ON STAGE, their $100.00 registration fee paid and $100.00
cash towards nationals*! Every child will be recognized
on stage with an award in the beauty event! *All 3 year
old & under contestants must be escorted on stage by
a parent or adult.
SWIMWEAR
We will award a state title and 4 runner-ups in each age
division! Winner and runner-ups will receive an award AND
their $100.00 registration fee paid to nationals*!
PHOTOGENIC
We will award a state title and 4 runner-ups in each age
division! Winner and runner-ups will receive an award AND
their $100.00 registration fee paid to nationals*!
SUPREME TITLES
Given to the contestant with the highest BEAUTY and
EITHER SWIMWEAR or PHOTOGENIC score (whichever is higher)
COMBINED.
GRAND SUPREMES
We will award THREE GRAND SUPREME titles (0-3 years, 4-9
years, 10-up years). Winners will receive a beautiful
crown, deluxe embroidered sash, a $1000.00 SAVINGS BOND
ON STAGE AT NATIONALS, their $100.00 Beauty fee paid AND
$500.00 CASH AT NATIONALS*! You must compete at the 2008
Nationals to claim your cash prize and paid registration
fee. Contestant must enter the supreme package at
Nationals. This prize is not transferable and cannot be
used at a later date.
MINI SUPREMES
We will award 2 Mini Supreme titles (0-5 years, 6-up
years). Winners will receive a beautiful crown, deluxe
embroidered sash, a $400.00 SAVINGS BOND ON STAGE, their
$100.00 registration fee paid and $200.00 cash towards
nationals*!
NOVICE SUPREME
We will award 3 State Overall Novice Winners (0-5 years,
6-up years). Winners will receive a beautiful custom
crown, deluxe embroidered sash, a $400.00 SAVINGS BOND ON
STAGE, their $100.00 registration fee paid and $150.00
cash towards nationals*! We will pull this title after
the Grand and Mini Supremes. *To be eligible for this
award you cannot have ever won $500.00 cash at any one
pageant.
BEAUTY SUPREME
We will award 2 State Overall Beauty Winners (0-5 years,
6-up years). Winners will receive a beautiful crown,
deluxe embroidered sash, a $300.00 SAVINGS BOND ON STAGE,
their Beauty fee paid and $200.00 cash towards
nationals*! We will pull this title after the Grand and
Mini, and Novice Supremes.
BEST AWARDS
We will award 3 Best Awards in each division
(Eyes/Smile/Personality). Winners will receive an award
AND their Beauty fee paid to nationals*! These awards are
judged during the beauty line-up.
OVERALL SWIMWEAR
We will award 2 State Overall Swimwear Winners (0-5
years, 6-up years). Winners will receive a beautiful
crown, deluxe embroidered sash, a $150.00 SAVINGS BOND ON
STAGE, their Beauty fee paid to nationals and$150.00 cash
towards nationals*! If you are a beauty winner, Mini
Supreme, Novice Supreme or Grand Supreme you will not be
eligible for this award.
OVERALL PHOTOGENIC
We will award 2 State Overall Photogenic Winners (0-5
years, 6-up years). Winners will receive a beautiful
crown, deluxe embroidered sash, a $150.00 SAVINGS BOND ON
STAGE, their Beauty fee paid to nationals and$150.00 cash
towards nationals*! If you are a beauty winner, Mini
Supreme, Novice Supreme or Grand Supreme you will not be
eligible for this award.
OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL/MOST HANDSOME
We will award 2 State Overall Photogenic Winners (0-5
years, 6-up years). Winners will receive a beautiful
crown, deluxe embroidered sash, a $150.00 SAVINGS BOND ON
STAGE, their Beauty fee paid to nationals and$150.00 cash
towards nationals*! If you are a beauty winner, Mini
Supreme, Novice Supreme or Grand Supreme you will not be
eligible for this award.

State Ambassador!!! **SELL ADS FOR OUR STATE PROGRAM
BOOK** You can enter this pageant for free by Selling ad
pages to friends, family, and local businesses for our
2008 State program book. Full pages are $100 each. Sell
just 5 (five) full pages and you will receive your $295
entry fee to this pageant PAID IN FULL! You may split the
pages (for example sell half pages for $50.00 or quarter
pages for $25) but you must have 5 full pages in total
sold to receive your $295 supreme package fees paid. You
may even ask 10 family and friends to each donate $10 and
sign a “Good Luck” page for your daughter or
son! Obtain a business card from each of your advertisers
and a copy of it can go on your ad page. You may also
include a picture of your daughter or son on each page!!!
The contestant who sells the most ad pages will be named
our official STATE AMBASSADOR (You must sell at least 8
full ad pages to be eligible) AND receive a custom
rhinestone FABULOUS FACE crown, deluxe embroidered sash,
a $500.00 SAVINGS BOND, their $100 registration fee and
$100 CASH towards nationals*! This is a wonderful
opportunity to win an OFFICIAL STATE TITLE.
#2 Sell Sponsor Tickets/Good Luck Wishes - Tickets are
$10.00 each. Sell tickets to help pay your entry fee plus
you can also win other great prizes. Listed below are the
amount needed to pay for pageant entry fees. Tell your
sponsor what you are doing and ask them to help sponsor
you to go to your state competition. Not only are they
sponsoring you, but they also have a chance to win a
TV/DVD combination. All sponsor tickets and money need to
be turned in prior to the deadline March 19. The winning
ticket will be announced at the state pageant and you do
not have to be present to win. The contestant that sold
the winning ticket will deliver the prize to their
sponsor.

Pageant Information & Rules
You must email a picture for our program book by the
deadline – May 15th. Photos received after this date
will not appear in the book. Judges will have access to
this book BEFORE THE PAGEANT so do not miss out on your
chance to be seen!!
To better prepare our contestants for the National
Finals, we will be setting the stage as identically to
Nationals as possible. Contestants enter from the back of
the stage – there is one X in the center back of the
stage and one X in the center front of the stage.
Contestants exit from the front of the stage. Modeling is
NOT scored. Clothing is NOT scored. Contestants are
scored on facial beauty and personality ONLY. The judges
have been instructed to look for a beautiful face and
great personality.
Just like Nationals, there will be a lineup before and
after both Beauty and Swimwear, and the time limit for
both events is 1 minute. Special items may be carried on
stage for swimwear, but no elaborate or bulky props
please. Large props are greatly discouraged at both
Nationals and State as they can be distracting to both
the contestant and the judges. Remember – the judges
will be looking at your child’s face NOT their
attire!!
Pageant Attire: Girls may wear flower girl dresses, prom
dresses, Sunday best, or any dressy outfit. Boys may wear
tuxedos, Sunday best, or any dressy outfit. Clothing is
NOT scored in this competition. Contestants should wear
what makes them most comfortable and happy on stage.
Makeup is allowed but we caution you not to get carried
away. We do not want harsh overdone makeup or huge
pageant hair - we want little girls to look like little
girls. Spray/lotion tanning will be permitted, but again,
PLEASE KEEP IT NATURAL LOOKING!
All contestants compete their age the day of the pageant
with a 30 day grace period. No exceptions! You do not
have to use the 30 day grace period.
Deposits and prepaid packages are NOT refundable. If you
cannot attend for any reason you must notify us at least
48 hours before the pageant and if you have notified us
in advance, you will receive credit to next years state
pageant. NO Exceptions!
Everyone must have a door badge except contestants. Door
badges must be worn at all times. No one will be allowed
in the ballroom without their door badge!! This is for
the safety of our contestants.
All judges decisions are final.
For your convenience, we will accept paypal (4% fee
applies to whatever paid via paypal). Paypal address is:

Personal checks will be accepted for fees up until 2
weeks before the pageant, however, you Supreme Package
price will be determined by the date the payment is
received! Don’t miss the deadlines. After that date
and at the door we will accept cash, money orders, or
certified funds ONLY!
Unsportsmanlike conduct by any contestant or their guest
will result in disqualification with no refund. All
judges decisions are final.
Savings Bond Winners will be paid the cash equivalent of
the bond.
At both Nationals and State, ALL 0-3 year old contestants
must be escorted on stage by a parent or adult. NO
exceptions. You may stand at the back of the stage –
ask me for details!
Crowning attire will be in your own choice of a red,
white, and/or blue shirt with white or denim bottoms.
All registered guests and contestants staying at the
Radisson Worldgate Hotel Orlando are responsible for any
damages made to their hotel room or group rooms utilized
by the pageant. Please respect the hotel property and do
not use the hotel towels the wipe up anything that
can’t be washed out easily. It is becoming
increasing more difficult to find hotels that will accept
pageants!
No discounts may combined. You may only use the highest
discount you are entitled to. You can, however, use the
early bird pricing with the highest discount you are
entitled to. You can NOT use discounts with the advance
“prepaid” package special as this package is
already heavily discounted, however, you may use it with
the early bird pricing combined with the super saver
special. With less than 20 contestants, we reserve the
right to prorate the bonds/cash prizes, gifts, etc.,
&/or to combine age divisions or change supreme
groupings. We do not expect this to happen at all as the
response thus far has been awesome. Grand and Mini
Supreme Bonds are guaranteed with 20
Contestants. With 30 Contestants all bonds will be
guaranteed.
